19 Objective of the Course: To examine the educational thoughts of the intellectuals in the Islamic world, especially since the Tanzimat period. Thus, it is to discuss how to benefit from these ideas in finding solutions to the educational problems in the Islamic world.
20 Contribution of the Course to Professional Development Applies today's intellectuals' views on Islamic education in teaching processes.
21 Learning Outcomes:
1 Recognize the Westernization movements in the Islamic world.;
2 Understands how intellectual movements affect education.;
3 Recognizes today's education problems.;
4 Understands the success of educational reforms in our recent history.;
5 Realizes the necessity of the formation of original Islamic education thought.;
