19 Objective of the Course: To learn the duties and responsibilities of psychologists in the field of special education, to have knowledge about the general conditions and training methods of different disability groups
20 Contribution of the Course to Professional Development To have learned the subjects of the subfields of psychology under supervision

1 Understanding the duties and responsibilities of psychologists in special education;
2 Having knowledge about the characteristics and education of mentally retarded individuals;
3 Having knowledge about the characteristics and education of hearing impaired individuals;
4 To have knowledge about the characteristics and education of individuals with autism;
5 To have knowledge about the characteristics and education of individuals with attention deficit and hyperactivity disorder;
6 To have knowledge about the characteristics and education of individuals with learning disabilities;
7 To have knowledge about the characteristics and education of individuals with higher intelligence;
8 To have knowledge about parental education;
9 To prepare Individualized Education Plan;
10 To learn how to cope with behavioral problems;
