19 Objective of the Course: The aim, content and implementation of the Visual Arts Education Program includes the elaboration of the processes. The history of visual arts education and the educational approach adopted in today's curriculum, its content and the skills and achievements it aims to develop are explained. Teaching methods and techniques used in the visual arts course and assessment and evaluation practices are included.
20 Contribution of the Course to Professional Development Provides the acquisition of visual arts teaching profession knowledge. Pre-service teachers are given the necessary knowledge and experience in the preparation of the course content and the learning and teaching process.
21 Learning Outcomes:
1 Explain the purpose and content of the Visual Arts curriculum.;
2 Defines that education is a planned process and its elements.;
3 Explain the historical development of visual arts education in our country.;
4 Explain the purpose and application of constructivist approach in education.;
5 Applies cognitive, affective and psychomotor behavior levels;
6 Applies teaching methods and techniques that can be used in visual arts.;
7 Explain the traditional and alternative assessment-evaluation practices used in the Visual Arts course.;
8 Prepare a lesson plan designed for the visual arts teaching-teaching process.;
