19 Objective of the Course: The aim of this course is have knowledge of contextual and formal properties of course book and able to provide the appropriate course book according to student behaviour and class conditions.
20 Contribution of the Course to Professional Development What is the importance of the course book as a teachning tool? What are the formal and contextual properties that must be present in the course book? What is the relationship between student behaviour and course book? answers of these questions are course contents
21 Learning Outcomes:
1 The student gets information about the importance and the usage of the course book.;
2 The student understand the relation between the course book and the curriculum;
3 The student understands and knows the phsical and contextual features of the course book and can measure their suitability;
4 The student learns the importance of the French course book according to the teaching of French ;
5 The student can examine the texts in the French course book in different aspects such as images, legibility, metacognitive skill, the teaching of words ;
6 Student teachers will be able to learn, comprehend, evaluate, use, adapt and develop the digital and Internet course materials which take place in the curriculum.;
7 Student teachers will be able to learn, comprehend, apply, synthesise and evaluate the rationale behind the use of technical equipment such as blackboard/smart board, overhead projector and so on.;
8 Student teachers will be able to learn, comprehend, apply, synthesise and evaluate the rationale behind the preparation and the use of materials such as pictures, posters, dictionaries, resource books, audio-cassettes, and CDs.;
9 Students can critically interpret the impact of new approaches in teaching on textbooks.;
10 Students can examine the textbooks approved by the Ministry of National Education from an objective point of view;
