8 Team models. Self management teams, cross functional teams.
9 Total Quality Management and team work. Teams in quality management
10 Definition and aim of quality control circles
11 Planning steps in building quality control circles
12 Quality control circles as a new organization
13 Role and responsibilities in organization of quality control circles.
