19 Objective of the Course: To have knowledge about teaching, technology and teaching technologies by knowing the approaches of the Turkish education system, to be up to visual literacy by using technology, to be able to prepare teaching material specific to the field and to use the related materials in the course process, assessment and evaluation phase.

1 To know information about constructivist education.;
2 To be able to choose the right course material for the field.;
3 To know the stages of producing teaching material.;
4 To be able to use computer technology while preparing teaching materials.;
5 To be able to prepare teaching materials that can be used in music education.;
6 To know the usage areas of the prepared teaching materials.;
7 To be able to assessment and evaluation in line with the prepared materials.;
8 To be able to use the prepared materials in the classroom.;
22 Course Content:
Week Theoretical Practical
1 Information about the aim, definition, content, way of teaching, measurement and evaluation methods of the course. Education, teaching, technology and teaching technology nations.
2 A brief history of the use of teaching technology in music education in Turkey. Sample course videos. Constructivist education and information about primary school music curriculum.
3 Music lesson equipment, things to consider when preparing or choosing a textbook, music textbooks and their features, different examples of teaching technology (Cartoons, etc.) that can be used in music lesson, stages of producing teaching material and points to be considered.
4 Introducing the teaching materials to be designed in the classroom (prezi and power point presentation, listening map, worksheet, game in computer environment, exam paper, tales about music, flash cards, instrument of waste materials). Creation of groups.
5 Preparation of powerpoint and prezi presentations about selected theme with groups.
6 Preparation of listening maps about selected theme with groups.
7 Preparation of worksheets about selected theme with groups.
8 Presentation and application of the materials prepared by the groups to their classmates. Evaluation of related materials as homework.
9 Preparation of game in computer environment about music education with groups.
10 Preparation of exam papers about selected theme with groups.
11 Presentation and application of the materials prepared by the groups to their classmates. Evaluation of related materials as homework.
12 Preparation of musical tales about selected theme with groups.
13 Preparation of flash cards about selected theme with groups.
14 Presentation and application of the materials prepared by the groups to their classmates. Evaluation of related materials as homework.
