19 Objective of the Course: The course aims to ensure that students gain a conceptual perspective on public policy and gain a detailed knowledge on the models and decision-making techniques used in public policy analysis.

21 Learning Outcomes:
1 To gain knowledge on the historical development of the theory and practice of public policy. ;
2 To have a conceptual view on public policy analysis. ;
3 To understand the lesson drawing process in public policies.;
4 To have knowledge on models applied in public policy analysis.;
5 To learn about policy transfer and policy learning processes.;
6 To gain knowledge on decision-making techniques in public policy processes.;
7 To learn about the concepts of policy networks and policy communities. ;
8 To be able to examine public policies currently implemented in Turkey. ;
