General Description
Business administration department has been carried out postgraduate programs in Social Science Institude that was established in 1982. Academic activities in the department has been carried out in two fields:,the education language will be Turkish.
Department of business administration is subject to 120 ECTS for master degree with thesis. Master program with thesis offers the second cycle of higher education. After the program is completed successfully and programs qualifications are met, master degree is achieved in the field of business administration.

Specific Admission Requirements
1- Bachelor`s degree,
2- Candidates should have the required score from the postgraduate education entrance exam (PEEE) valid for 3 years and the equiponderant score should be 55 the minimum. The PEEE score document and internationally accepted documents (GRE, GMAT etc.) are required for foreign students without any score clause.
3- Candidates should sufficient foreign language proficiency (the score of 55 the minimum from such language proficiency exams as UÜDS and YDS, the score of 50 the minimum from TOEFL IBT, the score of 130 from TOEFL CBT, the score of 450 from TOEFL PBT and the equiponderant other exams). Foreign students (apart from those who have studied in Turkey) are required to have the TÖMER documents proving that they have sufficient proficiency of Turkish language.
- PEEE 50% + UNDERGRADUATE SUCCESS AVARAGE 20% + WRITTEN/INTERVIEW 30% = Candidates are ranked according to the weighted total score that they have earned from the general assessment and students are admitted according to the quota starting with the candidate with the highest score (Minimum score of 65 must be obtained for a passing grade).
For Foreign Students UNDERGRADUATE SUCCESS AVARAGE 50% + FOREIGN LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY 50% =Candidates are ranked according to the weighted total score that they have earned from the general assessment and students are admitted according to the quota starting with the candidate with the highest score.

Specific arrangements for the recognition of prior learning
The provisions in “Regulation on Transfer among Associate and Undergraduate Degree Programs, Double Major, and Subspecialty and the Principals of Credit Transfer among Institutions in Higher Education Institutions” are applied.

Qualification Requirements and Regulations
Student’s must take and be successful at least 30 credit lesson and master degree must be at least 70 point. In addition they must be successful at the thesis exam to take the master diploma.

The main objective of the department is to give graduates, to satisfy the requirements of today´s and tomorrow´s working life, Each student is assigned an advisor and with the help of their advisors they make their course preferences.

The graduates of the department can work as Academician, Banker, Controller, Inspector, Financial Specialist, Financial Advisor, Financial Consultant, Marketing Specialist, Marketing Consultant, Production Planner , Human Resources Specialist, Manager, Management Consultant.

Access to Further Studies
Graduates, who are successfully completed undergraduate degree and can be successful at ALES and foreign language exam, can apply to doctorate programmes.

Examination Regulations, Assessment and Grading
Student should register for the courses at the beginning of the term and attend at least 70% of the courses to take the final examination. Students take at least one final examination for each of the courses during a term. All exams are assessed over a total of 100 point. To be successful in this program, students have to get at least 70 from each courses. Students are successful if they get AA, BA, BB, CB and CC in graduate level courses.

Graduation Requirements
In order to graduate from the program, it is required to pass all the courses in the program (equivalent to total 90-120 ECTS) and to be successful at thesis exam.
