General Description
In criminalistics, every evidence depicts a unique character with respect to its physical, chemical or biological structure to support a criminal investigation. At this point it is clear that on a crime scene, evidence should be collected, preserved and transferred properly to get good results at the end of forensic examinations. However many professional offenders prefer to use gloves, snow masks, dark clothes etc. in order not to leave any evidence behind them. In other words they are aware of the forensic techniques applied by the Police and making many plans not be caught. So as forensic experts, we should go one step further to be successful against crime. For this purpose it necessary to use high technology and scientific knowledge just for the justice.
Criminalistics Program is subject to 120 ECTS credits system. The Master´s degree qualifications will be awarded when the program is completed successfully, and provided profiency in the field.

Specific Admission Requirements
Criminalistics Master´s Degree Program Admission Requirements;
Bachelor´s degree with a digital to science, to have the ALES score determined by the Senate floor UU type required to be in the points. English, German, French, Italian, Russian and Arabic from one of the foreign languages; UDS, TOEFL, TOEFL or equivalent examination adopted by the Council of Higher Education or from Uludag University School of Foreign Languages from the foreign language examinations conducted by the School UU Must have been the minimum score determined by the Senate. The equivalence of foreign language documents other than that UU Gives the Senate.

Specific arrangements for the recognition of prior learning
The provisions in “Regulation on Transfer among Associate and Undergraduate Degree Programs, Double Major, and Subspecialty and the Principals of Credit Transfer among Institutions in Higher Education Institutions” are applied.

Qualification Requirements and Regulations
Master´s degree program students, a total of 21-24 credits during their studies (60 ECTS) at least seven courses that receive one seminar course work and must be managed, including two seminars and thesis dissertation stage of the seminar. Graduate diploma in the field of Criminalistics students who meet the relevant conditions. In order to be successful in related courses students must be at least 70 out of 100 of these notes.

Profile of The Programme
Criminalistics Graduate Program in the first year, students under the guidance of supervisor to develop their knowledge and skills in Criminological they want to specialize in core and elective courses (60 ECTS) take. The second year students, a theoretical thesis on the subject as determined by the thesis advisor on Criminalistics they want to specialize in and carry out practical thesis topic. Thesis (60 ECTS) successfully completed the exam and thesis defense jury made by students who are not current Master´s degree is awarded.
The purpose of the graduate program in the criminological field, capable of literature, which can be used in our experimental work in the laboratory of this research, evaluate the results of laboratory obtained and can be presented in a scientific report is to train professionals capable of working in the criminal laboratories.

Occupational Profiles of Graduates With Examples
Graduates in the public sector; Police Academy and in the relevant sections of the university as a research and teaching staff, the Criminal Police Laboratories, can work as a specialist in the Gendarmerie Criminal Laboratory and Laboratory of Forensic Medicine. May also serve as an expert witness in criminological expertise gained by the Court. In the private sector of medicine graduate, medical, environmental impact assessment institutions, medical laboratories and can be employed in food control laboratories.

Access to Further Studies
Candidates who have completed graduate from ALES to take note of the current success of the training and study in doctoral programs may be sufficient in the relevant departments of universities provided that they have foreign language.

Examination Regulations, Assessment and Grading
There must attend classes. This requirement is at least 70%. Instead of bringing the attendance may take the final exam. Students are subjected to at least one midterm and final exam for each course. Passing grade on the midterm exams (midterm grade homework, practice work, so the scores obtained from measuring tools, such as can be evaluated) contribution is the contribution of 50% of final exam is 50%. All exams are evaluated over 100 points. Of final average is to have at least 70 points. We also successfully completed the thesis work and thesis should take note of the current examination by the defense from the jury.
