b) K: Unsuccessful in a non-credit course,
c) D: Unsuccessful due to failure in attendance requirement
Academic Average
Assessment of a student is determined by Grade Point Average (GPA) and Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA). A weighted grade point is calculated by multiplying the grade point with the course credit.
GPA is calculated by dividing the total amount of weighted grade points of the courses taken in the semester by the total amount of course credits.
CGPA is calculated by dividing the total amount of weighted grade points of all the courses taken by the total amount of course credits.
When calculating CGPA, two digits after the decimal point are taken. The number in the second digit is rounded up on condition that the number in the third digit after decimal point is five or higher.
