Objective of the Course:
To provide to teach al-Majalla’s place and importance in the history of İslamic law

Learning Outcomes:
1
To learn the acts of legalization in Islamic law from beginning to present;
2
To get knowledge the importance and necessity of legalization with the perspective of the science of law;
3
To determining classic literature which is basis of legalization act in Islamic law;
4
To compare al-Majalla and other codes with the perspective of content and technical characteristics;
5
To analyze al-Majalla in a total manner with the perspective of satisfying periodical necessities;
6
To determine differances and similarities of principles of al-Majalla and general principles which were formed in classical period;
7
To understand al- Majalla’s role to provide judicial safety and stability;
8
To determine the integration of law and society by analyzing the countries where al-Majalla were applied;

To understand the techniques and methods which were used n preperaton of al-Majalla;
