19 Objective of the Course: The aim of the course is to let students acquire knowledge and skills to adopt basic principles of organic agriculture, to assess prevailing conditions from ecological, economic and socio-cultural point of views, to plan the farm based upon on-farm inputs, to provide sustainability of the farm with the minimum impact on agroecosystem, and to evaluate all conditions with the scope of methods and inputs allowed in major valid legislative systems in a holistic way.

1 The importance of organic agriculture in the World and Turkey;
2 Having the ability to produce organic vegetables ;
3 the selection of growing materials in organic vegetable growing;
4 To use of organic production methods ;
5 Being able to plan organic companies according to basic prinsiples;
6 Being able to Plan a sustainable system in organic agricultural companies;
7 Being able to investigation current legal regulations in Turkey and in the world in terms of the basic principles;
8 Having gained knowledge and skills to assess sustainability of organic production systems;
