19 Objective of the Course: To investigate the Turkish states from the beginning to the Turkish republic, to teach definition of culture and civilization, differences between these two terms.

21 Learning Outcomes:
1 To be able to explain the history of Turkish culture from past to present.;
2 To be able to understand the structures of civilization and organizational of Turkish states.;
3 To be able to explain the Turks' relations with the religion of Islam.;
4 To be able to gain information about art, literature and the importance given to science.;
5 To be able to prepare coursework using scientific research techniques. ;
6 To be able to present the paper in public. ;

2 Previous Turkish States.
3 The first Muslim Turkish States.
4 The first Turkish states founded in Anatolia.
5 The Turkish states established after the Mongol invasion.
6 Ottoman Empire.
7 Republic of Turkey.
8 General Assessment week.
9 Contemporary Turkish States and Communities.
10 State management and law in Turks.
11 Military and the economy in Turks.
12 Religion, language and education in Turks.
13 Science and art in Turks.
14 Music in Turks.
