19 Objective of the Course: Aim of this course is to teach basic facts, terms, notions and events related to Turkey’s human, physical, economic geography characteristics and make them gain basic information and skill on teaching of Turkey geography.

21 Learning Outcomes:
1 He/She will be able to comprehend definition, subject, chapters, goals and principles of Turkey’s human geography.;
2 He/She will be able to comprehend definition, subject, chapters, goals and principles of Turkey’s physical geography.;
3 He/She will be able to interpret natural, human and economic relations and interactions between different provices and regions in Turkey.;
4 He/She will be able to define basic terms and notions used in human, physical and economic geography.;
5 He/She will be able to analyze basic terms and notions used in human, physical and economic geography.;
6 He/She will be able to examine reasons, development, characteristics and consequences of complex relations between natural and human environment in Turkey.;
7 He/She will be able to comprehend and interpret characteristics, geographical distribution and reflections of Turkey’s major economical activities such as agriculture, industrial, commerce, transportation, mining and tourism.;
8 He/She will be able to comprehend and interpret main subjects of Turkey’s population geography such as population growth, population density, urbanization, types of settlements.;
9 He/She will be able to analyze and interpret natural processes in terms of geomorphology, climatology, hydrography, pedogeography and plant geography.;
10 He/She will be able to evaluate human and economcial potential of Turkey between the world countries.;
