19 Objective of the Course: The main objective of the course is to enable students to follow the theoretical and practical developments taking place in the field of public administration within an increasingly globalized world. In this sense, the course focuses on the examination of the basic principles of Total Quality Management, Human Resources Management, Crisis and Risk Management and Stress and Time Management.

21 Learning Outcomes:
1 To be able to evaluate the phenomena of management within a perspective of its historical development. ; ;
2 To be able to understand the scope and basic content of administrative science and to properly identify the relations between the state, the political processes, public administration and private sector. ; ;
3 To be able to comprehend the concepts, definitions and basic characteristics of organizations and to provide them with the general knowledge of management theories and their changing nature. ; ;
4 To have a detailed understanding of the main functions of administration and management systems which the students of the Faculty of Economic and Administrative Sciences will encounter in a variety of other courses during their undergraduate education. ; ;
5 To be able to grasp the current changes and transformations taking place in the field of public administration in a globalized world.; ;
