19 Objective of the Course: Evaluating the origin and development of fıqh and appreciating the methods of Islamic Jurisprudent on hadith interprretations.

1 Appreciating of hadiths in wief of acumen (aql).;
2 Understandinf the genesis of fıqh.;
3 Understandinf the genesis of hadith.;
4 Evaluating the relation between hadith and fıqh.;

6 Analyzing the determination of hadiths in views of fuqaha.;
7 Understanding the textual criticizm of fuqaha.;
