19 Objective of the Course: To discuss the social services and policies among the disadvantaged groups in the context of different welfare regimes.
20 Contribution of the Course to Professional Development
21 Learning Outcomes:
1 To put forward the importance of social policies for isadvantaged groups.;
2 The main different disadvantaged groups to address as a matter of social policy at the axis of social services.;
3 To include the original discussions for each group.;
4 To consider the principle of social justice in solving the problems in the area of social policy and social services of disadvantaged groups.;
5 Understanding the new social problems for special groups, and to bring concrete solutions.;
6 Special groups will emerge in the field of social policy for the new issues to keep track of current developments and criticism.;
7 Having a perfect level written skills in Turkish language.;
8 To analyze as conceptual and in-depth the current developments of special groups.;
