Be subsidiary to organizations which is one of the determinative factor in work life evaluated with comprehensive social dynamics and organizational implications of sociological theories.

To be able to comprehend organizations described interaction area which is effected broadly social factors particular actors ;

To be able to comprehend importance of environmental restrictions which is effect to organizations ;
