19 Objective of the Course: The objective of this course is to inform about the methods for the peaceful resolution of international disputes between actors of international law

21 Learning Outcomes:
1 To be able to know the definition of international dispute in terms of international law;
2 To be able to know negotiation which is one of non-judicial (diplomatic) methods for the peaceful resolution of international disputes;
3 To be able to know mediation which is one of non-judicial (diplomatic) methods;
4 To be able to know conciliation which is one of non-judicial (diplomatic) methods;
5 To be able to have information about enquiry which is one of non-judicial (diplomatic) methods;
6 To be able to know arbitration which is one of judicial methods for the peaceful resolution of international disputes;
7 To be able to know adjudication which is one of judicial methods ;
8 To be able to have information about international peace agreements;
9 To be able to have information about United Nations (UN)peacekeeping force ;
10 To be able to know Aegean Islands dispute;
