19 Objective of the Course: The aim of the course is to research and examinate main principles of mediation, on the part of dispute resolution theory and practice .

7 Obtaining information about mediations’ training and establishment of mediation,;
8 Comprehending models of mediation licensing.;

2 The concept of mediation and types and the basic principles of mediation.
3 Types of conflicts open to mediation
4 The establishment of the mediation agreement, the nature and consequences of the provisions.
5 The establishment of the mediator agreement, the nature and consequences of the provisions.
6 Configuring of the mediation process.
7 The start of the mediation process, operation and closure.
8 Form of settlement agreement to mediation, the nature and content
9 Enforcement of the settlement agrement to mediation
10 The cancellation of the settlement agreement to mediation
11 Licensing and supervision of mediators.
12 Statute rights and obligations of mediators
13 Contractual rights and obligations of mediators.
14 Institutions and organizations related to mediation.
