19 Objective of the Course: This course involves intermediate problems in printmaking with emphasis on individual expression based on historical as well as contemporary concerns and approaches in art. Through brief lecture, demonstrations or practice, students will produce a consistent edition of eight different printmaking processes: monoprint, collagraph, linocut, woodcut, etching, engraving, drypoint and mezzotint.

21 Learning Outcomes:
1 Clarify the definition, history and developing periods of printmaking.;
2 Produce unique and qualified prints using mono-print and High-printmaking techniques together .;
3 Produce prints using ready natural or artificial surfaces with high-printmaking technique.;
4 Produce unique and qualified prints using ready natural or artificial surfaces with intaglio-printmaking technique.;
5 Produce unique and qualified prints by experimental studies using plates made of hard surfaces of organic or inorganic materials.;
6 Generate a unique style using traditional printmaking techniques and computer-aided design techniques both.;
