19 Objective of the Course: To gain knowledge and skill at understanding fiqh texts

1 explain concept of fiqh and the major concepts of figh in the context of classical texts of fiqh;
2 explain classical texts of fiqh in context of the relationship between them and the period of emergence;
3 interpret the relationship between classical texts of fiqh and the basic resources of religion;
4 explain the relationship between classical texts of fiqh and schools of fiqh;
5 follow the development process of Fiqh in the classical fiqh texts;
6 Interpret classical texts of fiqh in terms of the effect of modern jurisprudence;
7 interpret the effects of classical texts of fiqh to the shaping the understanding of religion;
8 know the properties of classical texts of fiqh;
