Objective of the Course:
In this course, aims to teach to competence the implementation of quality management systems.

Contribution of the Course to Professional Development
By learning the principles of business world and social excellence as a result of the outcomes of the course, sustainable quality management models that can be applied in the private and public sector can be analyzed. By understanding quality management practices, it can be contributed to the creation, implementation and development of quality in order to increase the efficiency and productivity of institutions and organizations.
