19	Objective of the Course:	To study the judgements about women in nass with their reasons. To explain the importance andvalue which are given to women by Islam. To make connections between contemporary values and basic principles of Quran.

Learning Outcomes:

1	To demonstrate citizenship behaviours which are suitable for democratic involvement, conscious and responsible ;
2	To get informations about current subjects and to critecize them with scientific method. ;
3	To accept willingly the values of freedom, democracy, human rights, equality and justice. ;
4	To write his/her ideas with scientific search method and technique and to transform them effectively ;
5	To get knowledge about women's responsibility of worship in their menstrual period. ;
6	To understand the approach of Islam to women's economical rights. ;
7	To learn different thoughts about the issue whether women are responsible for the friday salah. ;
8	To get knowledge about the considerations about women's public employment ;
9	To evaluate the discussions about the issue of women's vail (hijab) with the perspective of Quran and Hadith ;
10	To make solutions to current problems with the level satisfying today's man/woman.;

1	The development of the idea of human rights, Quran and human rights, Quran and women rights
2	Evaluations of women on home sitting, woman's unauthorized going out from her husband, the halwat and the ikhtilat
3	Being imams of women, to perform salah with a group of women The women's responsibility of friday salah, funeral prayer and eid prayer
4	Reading Quran and to perform other acts of worship by women in their menstrual period. Women's departure for travel time without their mahram
5	Woman serving her husband, The issue of women's vail (hijab)
6	Rights and duties of married couples to each other
7	The considerations about some hadiths which are ascribed to The Prophet about creation of woman and some other issues
8	Women's obligation to jihad, women in occupational life, women in educational life
9	Women's testimony, women's right to inheritance, women's public duty
10	Women's political rights, the judgment of the woman
11	Contraception, Surrogacy
12	Abortion
13	Body interventions (aesthetic surgery, tattoo, eyebrow removal, gender change, separating between teeth, adding hair to hair)
14	The judgements about women in Islamic penal law
