19	Objective of the Course:	To be able to read modern fiqh texts, to recognize their features and to interpret them in terms of their relationship with the developmental stages of fiqh

Learning Outcomes:

1 Ability to read, understand and explain the texts of fiqh; 2 To be able to establish the relationship between fiqh texts and fiqh sect doctrines; 3 To be able to recognize the features of the developmental stages of fiqh texts; 4 Classifying fiqh texts in terms of sectarian differences; 5 To be able to recognize the general features of modern fiqh texts; 6 To be able to recognize the changes in modern fiqh texts in terms of subject systematics; 7 To be able to recognize the changes in modern fiqh texts in terms of the problems they deal with; 8 To be able to recognize the changes in modern fiqh texts in terms of language and style; 9 To be able to explain the relationship between modern fiqh texts and the classical period of fiqh; 10 To be able to recognize new approaches in modern fiqh texts;
