19 Objective of the Course: To be able to read modern fiqh texts, to recognize their features and to interpret them in terms of their relationship with the developmental stages of fiqh
20 Contribution of the Course to Professional Development It provides the student's development in the field of fiqh.
21 Learning Outcomes:
1 Ability to read, understand and explain the texts of fiqh;
2 To be able to establish the relationship between fiqh texts and fiqh sect doctrines;
3 To be able to recognize the features of the developmental stages of fiqh texts;
4 Classifying fiqh texts in terms of sectarian differences;
5 To be able to recognize the general features of modern fiqh texts;
6 To be able to recognize the changes in modern fiqh texts in terms of subject systematics;
7 To be able to recognize the changes in modern fiqh texts in terms of the problems they deal with;
8 To be able to recognize the changes in modern fiqh texts in terms of language and style;
9 To be able to explain the relationship between modern fiqh texts and the classical period of fiqh;
10 To be able to recognize new approaches in modern fiqh texts;

1 Introduction to modern fiqh texts: The concepts of fiqh, text and modern; the development periods of the science of fiqh and general characteristics of the modern period fiqh texts
2 Modern fiqh texts in terms of renewal of subject systematics
3 Modern fiqh texts in terms of simplification of fiqh language
4 Modern fiqh texts in terms of the fact that fiqh has become a purely academic study
5 Modern fiqh texts in search of solutions to contemporary problems
6 Modern fiqh texts in terms of avoiding imitation (al-taqleed) and sectarian fanaticism
7 Modern fiqh texts in terms of tendency to converge between Sunni and non-Sunni fiqh sects
8 Modern fiqh texts in terms of the development of Maqasid al-sharia-based interpretations
9 Modern fiqh texts in terms of negative change of classical fiqh concepts
