19 Objective of the Course: To teach some subject which were not taught in Islamic law courses in classical texts of Islamic law course

21 Learning Outcomes:
1 To read the classical texts of Islamic law independantly ;
2 To learn basic books which form general thought of Islamic law. ;
3 To understand and to interpret the text about the area of expertise. ;
4 To undestand the terms about the area of expertise. ;
5 To know current religious problems and to make solutions to them. ;
6 To analyze his/her informations and skills with critical method. ;
7 To find similarities between islamic society of past periods and today's muslim society from the point of informations which were gathered from classical Islamic texts. ;
8 To know the acts which are makruh to perform ;
9 To analyze the current issues which are debating about al-udhhiyah ;
10 To get knowledge about İslamic states law and judgeship issues.;
