19 Objective of the Course: To be able to do normative and positive analysis of public decision making process.
20 Contribution of the Course to Professional Development It contributes to the students' ability to evaluate the importance of public decision making, the application area of public decision making, the reasons for using public decision making and its effectiveness.
21 Learning Outcomes:
1 Having basic information about the importance of public decision making, application area of public decision making mechanism and reasons for application;;
2 To be understand the functioning of market and public decision making mechanisms;;
3 To be able to understand the economic interpretation of public decision making mechanism;;
4 To be able to evaluate the voting methods used in public decision making;;
5 Being able to determine and analyze the place of public choice theory, which is an alternative to traditional fiscal theory, in public economy;;

7 To be able to evaluate the constitutional and legal rules proposed to be brought to the public decision making process and draw conclusions;
