19 Objective of the Course: To determine the aims that Islamic Law aims to achieve

21 Learning Outcomes:
1 Recognizing the main purposes of sharia provisions ;
2 Observing the historical process of approaching the subject of Shariah's aims in fiqh literature ;
3 To be able to detect the difference in the approach to sharia aims in classical and modern Islamic legal thoughts ;
4 To be able to recognize the modern Islamic legal thought ;
5 Evaluating tajdid views in Usul al-fiqh ;
6 To be able to position the classical usul al-fiqh thought in terms of today's epistemological debates.;

2 Analysis of the First Muqaddim of Shatibi's work al-Muvafakât and examination of the article "Makasidü'ş-Şeria" from the DIA.

4 Analysis of Muqaddim of Shatibi's work al-Muvafakât and the article "al-Muvafakât" from DIA
5 Analysis of Muqaddim of Shatibi's work al-Muvafakât and the issue of "Functions of Law"
6 VI of Shatibi's work al-Muvafakât. Analysis of His Prophecy and Radrbruch's "Five Philosophy of Law per minute "study
