19 Objective of the Course: Recognize the modern fiqh literature in relation to the classical fiqh literature and its contemporary problems and gain the ability to benefit from them
20 Contribution of the Course to Professional Development Provides the ability to read and interpret modern fiqh literature.
21 Learning Outcomes:
1 to be able to comprehend the properties of fiqh texts;
2 to be able to get an idea about the concepts of usûl al-fiqh;
3 to be able to recognize the topics of the usûl al-fiqh;
4 to be able to learn about the sources of al-ahkam;
5 to be able to distinguish concept of al-hukm and its varieties;
6 to be able to explain the abolished provisions;
7 to be able to comprehend the properties of the Qur'an and circumcision as the principal sources;
8 Be able to recognize the common points between logic and the ijtihad activity, the first type of the fiqh reasoning method;
9 To be able to interpret the general systematic and functioning of the fiqh process according to today's conditions;
10 To be able to recognize the historical change and development of fiqh rule, by acting from the books;

9 Theory of contracts in modern fiqh texts
10 Theory of property and property in modern figh texts
11 Theory of rights in modern fiqh texts
