Learning Outcomes:

1 To understand the emerge and development processes of the science of Islamic law; 2 Getting to know Islamic law literature ; 3 To have a knowledge of the development process of Islamic law literature ; 4 To be able to make comparisons between fiqh sects by knowing the points of jurisprudence in general; 5 To understand the leaders (İmam) of the schools of Islamic law and the methodology which they developed; 6 To explain the reasons of the conflicts between the leaders of the schools of Islamic law;
