19 Objective of the Course: The aim of this subject is to introduce different kinds of law ecoles and their point of view about legal history. Of course it is vital to examine the most important legal systems throughout the world within private and public law.
20 Contribution of the Course to Professional Development Our aim in this course is to provide a law notion in the students' minds about the historical evolution of law institutions and legal thought. Also it is important to examine its effects to our current law system.
21 Learning Outcomes:
1 It is possible to have information about the law ecoles during The Enlightenment Age.;
2 It can be expressed of Indian, Persian and Ancient Grek law systems. ;
3 It is possible to compare these states' law systems with current law systems. ;
4 It is possible to have information about the formation phases of basic institutions of modern law.;

Measurement and Evaluation Techniques Used in the Course The main measurement and evaluation techniques of the course are mid term and final exams. On the other hand the participation of students during the lessons and the homeworks are the secondary techniques for the course.
Information As the mid term and final exams are the main measurement and evaluation techniques for understanding the lessons, participation of students during the coursa and the homeworks have also a significant role in understanding, evaluating and enhancing the subjects.
