19	Objective of the Course:	To give information about possession, land registry and real rights
20	Contribution of the Course to Professional Development	The student gets comprehensive information about possession, land registry and real rights.

Learning Outcomes:

1	To be able to determine the nature, types, content and principles of legal rights;
2	To be able to determine possession and land registry, their function, legal consequences and principles;
3	To be able to evaluate scientific work, court verdicts and law related to property law;
4	To be able to determine and solve current and possible legal problems related to law of property;
5	To be able to solve legal problems related to property law in the framework of principles of possession, land registry and real rights;

22	Course Content:

	Theoretical	Practical
	1. Subject of the Law of Property Law, concept of real rights, elements and its classifications. 2. Principles which are prevalence of real rights, concept of possessorship and its character. 3. Objects which are subject to possessorship, species of possessorship and how to gain and how to forfeit. 4. Protection of possessorship, possessors ability to use force, possessory actions. 5. Land registry, concept of land registry and it’s character. 6. Prevalence principles of our land registry system, to enroll immovables to register of title deeds. 7. Records of register of title deeds in belongs to immovables, recording, cancellation and replacement of real rights. 8. Annotations, statements, effect of records of register of title deeds. 9. Nullity of records of register of title deeds. 10. Ownership and its nature, substance, scope and species. 11. Immovable ownership and its substance, gaining and forfeiting. 12. Scope of immovable ownership. 13. Limitations of immovable ownership. 14. Liability of immovable owners. 15. Condominium ownership and its conception, character and establishment. Construction servitude. 16. The rights and the obligations of condominium owners. 17. Condominium owners committee and administration. 18. Taking preventive measures for keeping condominium ownership. 19. Cessation of condominium ownership. 20. Timeshare, movable ownership and its conception an how to gain and how to forfeit. 21. Limited real rights. 22. Easement. 23. Immovable laden 24. Liens and its conception and species. 25. Real security 26. Mortgage, mortgage bonds, annuity charge bond. 27. Chattel mortgage and its species and prevalence principles. 28. Dead pledge, cattle lien and chattel mortgage which must be recorded to registry.
