1. Subject of the Law of Property Law, concept of real rights, elements and its classifications. 2. Principles which are prevalence of real rights, concept of possessorship and its character. 3. Objects which are subject to possessorship, species of possessorship and how to gain and how to forfeit. 4. Protection of possessorship, possessors ability to use force, possessory actions. 5. Land registry, concept of land registry and it’s character. 6. Prevalence principles of our land registry system, to enroll immovables to register of title deeds. 7. Records of register of title deeds in belongs to immovables, recording, cancellation and replacement of real rights. 8. Annotations, statements, effect of records of register of title deeds. 9. Nullity of records of register of title deeds. 10. Ownership and its nature, substance, scope and species. 11. Immovable ownership and its substance, gaining and forfeiting. 12. Scope of immovable ownership. 13. Limitations of immovable ownership. 14. Liability of immovable owners. 15. Condominium ownership and its conception, character and establishment. Construction servitude. 16. The rights and the obligations of condominium owners. 17. Condominium owners committee and administration. 18.
