Objective of the Course: |
The aim of this course is to make the students identify the economical importance, adaptation, morphology, standardization, storage, diseases and pests of cereals. |

Contribution of the Course to Professional Development |
With the lesson; Will be able to comprehend that cool climate grains are a very important plant group as they are indispensable basic food sources throughout our lives, even though they do not bring much income both in the world and in our country,
Cool season crops in terms of the kind that can understand the importance of Turkey and the world,
Have knowledge about Morphology and Physiology of cool climate cereal varieties, and also summarize general information about standardization and storage,
Will gain the ability to offer solutions to the problems encountered in the cultivation of Serin Climate cereals. |
