19 Objective of the Course: The aim of this course is to teach that traditional wooden structures, construction systems found in Anatolia, by considering the context of regional differences in detail by examining the students' learning of the Anatolian tradition of timber construction, thus protecting students on the one hand the tradition of the existing wooden structure, on the other hand an infrastructure for the production of the current wooden structures with adequate details ensure the establishment.
20 Contribution of the Course to Professional Development This course contributes to professional development in maintaining the Anatolian wooden building culture by providing the recognition of the construction systems of wooden structures in Anatolia.
21 Learning Outcomes:
1 Teaching wood building tradition of Anatolia;
2 Teaching the design of wooden structures, structural systems, detailing and use of materials, taking into account regional differences in Anatolia;
3 Teaching preservation of the existing wooden building tradition, with suitable details on current timber structures ;
4 Teaching academic research on wood construction systems in Anatolia;
5 Teaching orally and writing to wood construction systems research accurately ;
