19 Objective of the Course: The objective of this course is to make the students know the processes underlying sensation and perception, have knowledge about the theories explaining this field and the methods used.
20 Contribution of the Course to Professional Development This course provides the ability to use the theoretical knowledge about the sensorial and perceptual processes in academia or practice areas.
21 Learning Outcomes:
1 To be able to define the foundations of perceptual processes ;
2 To be able to explain the relation between visual and perceptual processes ;
3 To be able to explain the perceptual processes underlying object and scene recognition ;
4 To be able to interprete the relation between visual attention and perception of enviroment ;
5 To be able to explain finding direction in the space and the movement control. ;
6 To be able to explain the color perception;
7 To be able to explain visual illusions with the depth and size perception ;
8 To be able to explain the ear and the processing of auditory stimulus.;
9 To be able to make search at library or on internet in this field;
