19 Objective of the Course: The aim of this course is to introduce psychological counselors to developmental features related to adolescence and the problems that may arise during this period.
20 Contribution of the Course to Professional Development
21 Learning Outcomes:
1 To know adolescence theories and definitions;
2 To know physical and sexual development in adolescence;
3 Knowing the development of emotions in adolescence;
4 To know socialization and moral development in adolescence;
5 Explain the importance of personality development and family attitudes in adolescence;
6 Explain the interests and the importance of orientation to the profession in adolescence;
7 Explain neurotic disorders in adolescence;
8 Explains the critical periods of physical and cognitive development, psycho-social development periods in Young and Middle Adulthood.;
9 Describes general physical development and cognitive abilities in old age.;
10 It develops sensitivity for general mental health in old age.;
