19 Objective of the Course: To help students acquire basic communication skills in the target language (English). Teaching students the related grammatical structures, reading comprehension, listening and writing techniques with the help of related lecturing and exercises.

21 Learning Outcomes:
1 Develops a positive attitude towards the target language.;
2 Establishes the necessary skills and academic background for targeted communication objectives.;
3 Provides basic language knowledge acquisition.;
4 Understands and explains basic texts in the target language.;
5 Gains the ability to write at the basic level in the target language. In this direction, gets the ability to write short paragraphs, mail, information notes and etc.;
6 Gains competence to understand what s/he listens to at a basic level.;
7 Expresses himself through oral expressions, asks and answers questions.;
8 Learns and actively uses the words used at the basic level.;
9 Acquires the ability to use expressions in everyday life.;
10 Develops general cultural knowledge relevant to the target language.;

4 Present Simple Tense (positive-negative-interrogative sentence structures), making complaints and finding solutions
5 Present Simple Tense (positive-negative-interrogative sentence structures), making complaints and finding solutions
6 Expressing abilities (can/can't), sentence structures and talks about abilities

8 Text review, listening, writing and grammar activities related to the topics covered, dialogues
