19	Objective of the Course:	This course aims to lay out a fundamental understanding of the processes of urbanization, the disintegration of peasantry in Turkey and world at large, and how successive waves of immigration have shaped contemporary experiences of urban life.

Learning Outcomes:

1	Enables learning of the main conceptual framework of the subject area.;
