General Description
Educational Administration with Non-Thesis Master´s Program is a branch of science within the Educational Sciences Department of the Institute of Educational Sciences.In the program, compulsory and elective courses related to application are given as well as field knowledge and research knowledge.Courses are carried out both theoretically and practically. Educational Administration with Non-Thesis Master´s Program was opened in 2017.The aim of the program is to train expert personnel who are equipped with theoretical and practical knowledge and skills in the field of educational administration and will contribute to scientific developments in the field.Educational Administration Program serves with 3 Professors, 1 Assistant Professor and 1 Research Assistants.
This program has a 90 ECTS credits second stage degree system in the field of Educational Administration. When the program is completed successfully and the program qualifications are met, a Non-Thesis Master Degree in Educational Administration is awarded.

Specific Admission Requirements
Candidates who will apply to the Educational Administration with Non-Thesis Master´s Program , must have graduated from a national faculty of at least four years or a foreign faculty accepted as equivalent by the Council of Higher Education with a GPA of at least 65 out of 100 and have worked as a teacher for at least 3 years. ALES and foreign language scores are not required in the program.The issues not mentioned above regarding student admission, application conditions and other issues are made according to the "Bursa Uludag University Graduate Education - Education Regulation" published in the Official Gazette dated January 07, 2017 and numbered 29941.

Specific arrangements for the recognition of prior learning
The provisions in “Regulation on Transfer among Associate and Undergraduate Degree Programs, Double Major, and Subspecialty and the Principals of Credit Transfer among Institutions in Higher Education Institutions” are applied.

Qualification Requirements and Regulations
Students who take at least 36 credits (90 ECTS equivalent) from the courses available in the graduate programs of the program or other related departments and who have successfully completed all of them, who have at least 70 out of 100 weighted grade point average, are awarded a Educational Administration with Non-Thesis Master´s degree.

The aim of this program is to train manager candidates and experts who have educational management knowledge, skills and attitudes, know and apply the ethical rules of the profession, follow the developments in their profession, and have the education management competence required by the education system.

Occupational Profiles of Graduates With Examples
Graduates of the Non-Thesis Master Program in Educational Administration can work as managers and experts in the central and provincial organizations of the Ministry of National Education, in the human resources departments of official and private institutions, in public and private schools, in the human resources and quality development departments of enterprises.

Access to Further Studies
Candidates who have successfully completed the non-thesis master´s education can continue their master´s program with thesis with an exam if they get a valid grade from the ALES exam and have sufficient foreign language knowledge.

Examination Regulations, Assessment and Grading
Each student must attend at least 70% of the lessons and at least 80% of the practices in order to register for the classes at the beginning of the term and to enter the final exam. Students are subjected to at least one midterm and final exam for each course. The contribution of the midterm exam (the scores obtained from the measurement tools such as homework, laboratory exam, quiz etc. as midterm grade can also be taken into consideration) to the success grade is 50% and the contribution of the final exam is 50%. All exams are evaluated over 100 points. It is necessary to get at least 70 points from the final exam. Students who get AA, BA, BB, CB and CC letter grades from a course are considered successful from that course.

In order to successfully complete the program, it is to pass all the courses (90 ECTS and 36 credits) with at least CC.
