Brief History
Inegöl Business Faculty (INIF) was founded in 2010 dependent on Uludağ University further to decree of Council of Ministers dated 04/08/2010 which was published in official gazette on 04/28/2010.The department of business administration in INIF began its formal education in 2012-2013 academic year and the education language is Turkish.

Qualification Awarded
A student will have a bachelor’s degree in business science and is entitled to the title of administrator when he successfully completed department courses (240 ECTS credits) and also ensures qualifications of the department.

Specific Admission Requirements
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and obtained the required score in the student selection examination for universities.

Specific arrangements for the recognition of prior learning
The provisions in “Regulation on Transfer among Associate and Undergraduate Degree Programs, Double Major, and Subspecialty and the Principals of Credit Transfer among Institutions in Higher Education Institutions” are applied.

Qualification Requirements and Regulations
To have a bachelor’s degree in business science, students must pass all the compulsory and elective courses (total 240 ECTS credits) and also their overall grade point average must be at least 2.00 over 4.00.

Profile of The Programme
The Department of Business Administration aims to train the human resources needed by the public and private sectors at both national and international levels. To this end, it equips students with the fundamental functions of business science and the ability to apply these functions in local and global business environments. The department strives to educate individuals who are in harmony with the global business world, capable of teamwork, aware of ethical values and social responsibility, and who recognize the importance of lifelong learning. Students are provided with the skills to develop strategies using modern management tools and techniques, enhance performance in various areas of business, generate creative solutions, and implement these solutions through effective strategies. In this way, students are equipped with a strong foundation in business management, leadership, and entrepreneurship. The stakeholders the Business Administration Department interacts with include, but are not limited to, the Capital Markets Board (SPK), State Planning Organization (DPT), Ministry of Industry, Ministry of Labor, and Ministry of Finance, as well as affiliated institutions and organizations. It also collaborates with universities, research centers, institutes, private sector organizations, and their umbrella institutions such as chambers of commerce and industry and employer organizations. With its qualified academic staff, the department offers high-quality education aimed at enhancing scientific thinking skills for students who wish to pursue advanced academic studies such as master´s and doctoral programs.

Occupational Profiles of Graduates With Examples
Employment opportunities for graduates are as follows: Banks, SMEs, large size enterprises and in addition to private sector; high-level cadres of the public bureaucracy and public institutions as CMB, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Industry and Trade, Ministry of Labour etc. As well as those who graduated from this program also can establish their own business as an entrepreneur.

Access to Further Studies
The candidates who have undergraduate degree can study in graduate programs in the field of business science provided that they got enough score from ALES and have sufficient foreign language knowledge.

Examination Regulations, Assessment and Grading
To register to classes and to have the final exam, each student must be continued for at least 80% of applications and 70% of courses. Students have at least one intermediate and one final exam for each course. The contribution of intermediate exam is 40% and final exam is 60% to success grade in each semester (the points from homework, laboratory exams, quizzes etc. can be evaluated for intermediate exam scores). All exams are evaluated over 100 points. Final exam are required to obtain at least 50 points. A student has received a letter grade AA, BA, BB, CB and CC is considered successful from that course. DC and DD letter grades are correspond to the conditional success. The student must have at least 2.00 CGPA to be considered successful in a course that he received DC or DD letter grade.

Graduation Requirements
To complete the program successfully all the courses (240 ECTS credits) must be passed available in the program and at least 2.00 CGPA is required over 4.00.

Facilities
Our faculty began serving in its new building in the academic year 2012-2013 in Uludag University İnegöl Campus. Department of Business Administration faculty started its operations in this section with three asist. prof. and one research assistant. The classrooms were equipped with the technological products like smart board and projector. Also by its intensive industry facilities, our faculty accessing a busy teaching practice for students in Inegol.
