19 Objective of the Course: This is a survey class designed to introduce students to the basic concepts and the history of sociology of work. A second and more important goal is to discuss the dynamics of the field with a globally informed perspective.

21 Learning Outcomes:
1 To be able to knowledge industrial society, industrial work and organizational facts.;
2 To be able to understand basic sociological theories related industrial societies;
3 To be able to understand complex actors in social relationship at industrial society and to be able to describe conflict and collaborations within them.;
4 To be able to appraise contemporary social transformations with transformation in industrial organizations.;
5 To be able to evaluate concept of information society and holistic consequences of information society in the context of transformation in work life.;
6 To be able to understand new work forms and social consequences of new forms.;
7 To be able to understand characteristics of contemporary social changes theories and to be able to evaluate contemporary social developments in this kind of perspective.;
