19 Objective of the Course: It is aimed to explain the properties of Roman architecture, structure types and techniques.

1 To be able to list the Roman chronology and the history;
2 To be able to draw the range of the Roman Empire ;
3 To be able to recognize the structure types which were used in Roman Architecture ;
4 To be able to comprehend the construction materials and construction engineering in ancient Roman period. ;
5 To be able to list the important architects in Roman period. ;

2 Chronology of Rome and the geography of the provinces.
3 Roman period temples in the Anatolia
4 Roman period temples in the Eastern provinces
5 Roman period temples in the Western provinces
6 The history of the Roman Theatre and the architectural properties
7 The history of the Roman Theatre and the architectural properties

9 Mausoleums
10 Roman domestic architecture
11 Stoa, Porticos and Basilica
