19 Objective of the Course: To overcome the problems of public administration, administrative and functional on the use of new communication technologies and information to raise awareness of contemporary approaches.

21 Learning Outcomes:
1 Effective - Efficient and high quality public service delivery, profit maximization, public choice theory, externalities, economies of scale, community preferences, and become informed on issues such as crowding costs.;
2 Any service related requests and complaints to competent authorities of a public agency in disseminating awareness.;
3 Forms of public institutions and organizations to get information about doing business.;
4 Citizens' new public management and service-oriented approach to analyze the effects of the structure of state and society.;
5 Formed on democratic governance and public management in a decentralized organization to understand, apply.;
6 Participation, transparency and productivity, effective and rational use of information and communication technologies.;
7 And to apply ethical decision-making in public administration.;
