19 Objective of the Course: The aim of this course is to give detailed information about the structure, synthesis, importance, classification and deterioration of lipids.

11 Sphingolipids, cerebrosides, sterols, waxes
12 Lipochromes, lipovitamins, antioxidants, flavours, hydrocarbons
