19 Objective of the Course: This course aims to specify the position of public choice theory in public economics and to analyze topics in public finance in the context of an alternative state paradigm.
20 Contribution of the Course to Professional Development
21 Learning Outcomes:
1 To be able to have advanced level of knowledge of fiscal economics about an alternative theory to theory of conservative public finance;
2 To be able to develop knowledge in relation to assumptions and analyzing tools of public choice theory at the level of expertise;
3 To be able to analyze the consequences of exorbitant growth of public economics;
4 To be able to understand the thought of Constitutional Economics;
5 To be able to assess critiques of Public Choice Theory and counter views and to draw conclusions;
6 To be able to enable graduate students to keep track of current affairs and literature through taking advantage of informatic and communication technologies and to use scientific research methods efficiently in their works;
7 To be able to contribute to graduate students to present works they prepared systematically in front a community;
