19 Objective of the Course: As a concept of “Critical Theory”, which occupy central place in the studies of human and social sciencies, is a product of thinkings of Frankfurt School’s theorists. In this context, this course aims to investigate their main works from points of philosophical, scientifical, cultural, and aesthetical perspectives.

21 Learning Outcomes:
1 To be able to attain reading ability of Philosophical texts from the standpoint of critical perspective;
2 To be able to provide an assessment of the intellectual legacy of the Critical Theory;
3 To be able to attain assessment ability of the Critical Theory in the light of history of philosophy;
4 To be able to attain an ability of identification, comprehension and bringing forward a solution for problems of our era by means of the Critical Theory’s thinking perspective ;
