19 Objective of the Course: The student is to acquire knowledge and skills in the application of ethical issues, ethical issues, ethical issues, compliance with ethical values in academic and scientific studies in all applications towards healthy and patient individual.

21 Learning Outcomes:
1 To be able to define ethical principles and codes of ethics;
2 Know professional ethics and legal responsibilities;
3 To be able to comprehend legal and ethical problems that may be encountered in patient care ;
4 To be able to define ethical problems and dilemmas;
5 Understanding the use of ethics knowledge in nursing care processes ;
6 To be able to define ethical problems and negligence that may be encountered in academic and scientific publications;
22 Course Content:
Week Theoretical Practical
1 Basic Concepts (Ethics, meta ethics, normative ethics) History of Nursing, Nursing Philosophy, Task based ethics
2 Ethical Principles, Ethical Codes Ethical Committees
3 Vocational Ethics and Basic Concepts (Beneficiation, virtue ethics, deontology, moralism, etc.)
4 Ethical problems, Ethical dilemmas, Ethical values, Bioethics Ethical Decision Making process
5 Ethical concept of rights (human rights, right to health, patient right, nurse rights, right to life-euthanasia, DNR)
6 Law and Ethics (malpractice, defect etc.) Health politics and ethics
7 Ethics (Illuminated affirmation, paternalism, autonomy etc.) Technological developments and ethics (stem cell transplantation, organ transplantation, artificial nutrition, vegetative life)
8 Presentation of health services in terms of ethics (access to health care, economic problems, social problems, gender, professional relations, etc.)
9 Cultural care and ethics Gender related issues and ethics (Sex discrimination, sexual harassment, rape, sexual orientation, abortion, recm, etc.)
10 Ethics in Nursing Education and Practices
11 Information sharing and communication from the ethical point of view (telephone exchange, documentation, confidentiality of information, etc.)
12 Patient advocacy concept Strengthening of the Nurse and the patient
