19 Objective of the Course: To present theoretical and the applicable knowledge derived from the studies conducted in the Industrial and organizational Psychology, within the historical framework

1 To describe the Industrial/Organizational psychology;
2 To discuss the content of the subjects of the field.;
3 To be able to discuss the issues of the field within the historical perspective;
4 To be able to understand the behaviour of the individual;
5 To explain the attitude of the employees towards work;
6 To conduct studies or productivity and performance criteria at work;
7 To understand the change at organizations;
8 To be able to find the proper methods of motivation;
9 To be able to produce organizational policies of employee satisfaction and attachment to work;
10 To be able to produce proactive solutions to the psychological problems of the employees;
