19 Objective of the Course: To introduce the resources of contemporary usul al-fiqh texts

21 Learning Outcomes:
1 To recognize the works of usul al-fiqh which was written in the modern period;
2 To comprehend the basic issues of contemporary usul al-fiqh texts;
3 To understand the differences between methods of classical texts with the contemporary texts;
4 To understand the differences of language and style in classical texts with the contemporary texts;
5 To conduct independently advanced studies with the field of expertise;
6 To know the terminology related to the field of expertise.;
7 To penetrate of contemporary usul al-fiqh texts;
8 To comprehend all kinds of classical and modern texts was written with the Arabic which is resource language ;
9 To recognize the common points between the activity of ijtihad which is the first type of reasoning method of fiqh and logic;
10 To interpret the usul al-fiqh according to today’s condition taking an example its general systematic and functioning;
