19 Objective of the Course: To study the literary activities in the regions of Ottoman sovereighnty from the political dominance of Ottomans over Arab World until the ends of 19th century when the most of Arab countries gained their independences, and the comprehension of the reflections of these activities.

1 Comprehension of the positive developments in Arabic literature in the Ottoman period;
2 Comprehension of the negative changes in Arabic liretarute in the Ottoman Period;
3 Observation of effects of ruling ways on literary production;

5 Observation of influence of literary figures on folks;
6 True interpretation of the position of Modern Arabic literature in the historical process;
